Those wine regions are:

Aconcagua

Aconcagua
North of the capital city Santiago, Aconcagua is the warmest of the major red wine regions and it has a Mediterranean climate of warm days and cold nights

Casablanca

Casablanca
Although technically part of Aconcagua, Casablanca is essentially a separate region that lies outside the Central Valley. It is located close to the coast, which makes for a cooler climate. This region has shown potential for growing white grapes, such as Chardonna

Maipo

Maipo
Most of the large wineries are located in this region, close to Santiago. Again it is a warm day, cold night area mainly growing red varieties.

Rapel

Rapel
This wine region is located south (100km) of Santiago and directly below Maipo. It produces both red and white wine.

Bio Bio Valley

Bio Bio Valley
500 kilometres to the South of Santiago this Valley is a cooler and wetter climate, ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Maule
This southernmost region is also wetter and cooler. Parts of this region grow a common red grape called Pais.
