When the dynamic Rosie Sedgewick from Cheshire was challenged with a glut of gooseberries on her father-in-law’s allotment she decided to combine her love of quirky drinks with this remarkable fruit and developed a stunning, delicious Gooseberry Gin Liqueur.

Best served long with tonic, it makes a magnificent aperitif and a welcome change to the usual G&T.
